This is a well kept, Town Park, with a nice beach area on the St Lawrence Seaway, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby in Ogdensburg. We tried the small restaurant in the Town of Lisbon, where the locals eat, and were pleasantly surprised with the daily lunch specials. Simple food, done well.

Very close to the bridge into Canada and the remarkable Upper Canada Village with early buildings, history re-enactors, for a look at early Canada.

The famous Eisenhower Lock comples is a short drive down the road. Watch the big Great Lakes ships go through from up close.

Directions: From I-81, Exit at 50N, then NY-12 N toward Alexandria Bay, for 28 miles. Continue on NY-37E for 20 miles. Campground will be on the left (Seaway side).
