Day 18 - On the Road in Dickson, Tennessee

We arrived at this next stop,  in mid-afternoon. Would you believe I paid $3.37/Gal at the last Flying J fuel stop before we got here. It's definitely not right the way the prices are so different, even between franchises in different towns up North. I'm not complaining when it takes $100 a tank full to fill the truck. I'll take the lesser prices. He is a heavy drinker!

We are going to be here two nights so we unhooked and headed for a little Walmart shopping, and had our dinner at a Mexican place for a change. What they lack in quality, they make up for in quantity at Mexican places.

We are back home and have the hatches battened down. Supposed to be a wicked storm coming through in the wee hours. Wind, hail, and a whole lot of driving rain.

Tomorrow we are going over to Loretta Lynn's Ranch if it (or us) hasn't floated away.

It was 77* when we pulled in here today.
